WSH Go is operated by Prime Online Solutions L.L.C-FZ. The platform provides scheduled car wash services for residents of participating residential buildings in Dubai.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or subscribe to the service.
1. Description of the Service
WSH Go provides a building-based car wash service where vehicles are washed in residential parking areas according to a predefined service schedule.
The service operates through a subscription model. Users select their building, choose a service plan, specify their vehicle category, and subscribe to the service.
Services are available only in buildings where the service is currently supported or has been approved.
WSH Go reserves the right to determine whether a building is eligible for service.
2. Service Plans and Frequency
WSH Go offers subscription plans that provide a specific number of washes per week.
Examples of plans may include:
• Two washes per week
• Three washes per week
• Four washes per week
The number of washes included in each plan will be specified during the subscription process.
Service visits follow a predefined operational schedule determined by the service provider.
The service operates without individual booking requests. Washes are performed according to the scheduled service cycle for each building.
3. Vehicle Eligibility
The service applies to standard passenger vehicles including:
• Sedans
• Coupes
• Hatchbacks
• Convertibles
• SUVs
• Vans
The applicable vehicle category must be selected during the subscription process. Pricing may vary depending on the vehicle category.
If a vehicle is significantly larger than the declared category, the service provider may request an adjustment of the subscription plan.
4. Building Participation
The WSH Go service is designed for residential buildings where the service has been approved or supported.
Users must select their building from the list of available buildings when subscribing.
If a building is not currently listed on the platform, users may submit a request for service availability. Service activation in a building may depend on operational feasibility and building management approval.
WSH Go does not guarantee service availability in all buildings.
5. Parking Requirements
For the service to be performed, the vehicle must be parked in the designated parking space specified during the subscription process.
Users must ensure that:
• The parking number provided during registration is correct
• The vehicle is parked in the designated location
• The vehicle is accessible to the service team
If the vehicle is not located in the specified parking space or is not accessible during the scheduled service time, the wash may be skipped.
Skipped washes due to vehicle absence or incorrect parking location may not be rescheduled.
6. Service Conditions
The service is intended for routine exterior vehicle cleaning.
The standard wash service may include:
• Exterior cleaning
• Removal of dust and light dirt
• Wiping of accessible surfaces
The service does not include:
• Interior cleaning
• Deep detailing
• Stain removal
• Mechanical cleaning
• Specialized treatments
Additional services may be introduced in the future and may be offered separately.
7. Weather and Operational Conditions
Service schedules may be affected by weather conditions, building restrictions, or operational circumstances.
WSH Go reserves the right to postpone or adjust service schedules when necessary to ensure safety or operational feasibility.
In such cases, the service provider may reschedule the wash within the operational cycle where possible.
8. Subscription and Payments
Subscriptions are billed according to the pricing displayed during the checkout process.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers integrated with the WSH Go platform.
By subscribing to a plan, users agree to the pricing and billing structure presented at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the selected payment structure.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment details remain valid and up to date.
9. Cancellation and Subscription Changes
Users may cancel or modify their subscription according to the cancellation options provided on the platform.
Changes to the service plan may take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
WSH Go reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions in cases of:
• Incorrect information provided by the user
• Repeated service access issues

10. Liability and Vehicle Responsibility
WSH Go and Prime Online Solutions L.L.C-FZ aim to perform services with reasonable care and professionalism.
However, the service provider shall not be responsible for:
• Pre-existing vehicle damage
• Mechanical issues unrelated to the service
• Damage caused by improper parking conditions
• Damage resulting from objects left on the vehicle
Users are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is in suitable condition for routine exterior washing.
Users should also ensure that:
• Windows are fully closed
• Vehicle accessories are secure
• Sensitive equipment is protected
11. Service Availability
Service availability may vary depending on building participation, operational capacity, and logistical factors.
WSH Go reserves the right to:
• Limit service availability in certain areas
• Adjust operational schedules
• Modify service offerings
Efforts will be made to maintain consistent service delivery whenever possible.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the WSH Go website, including text, graphics, design elements, and branding, is the property of the platform operator or its licensors.
