Do I need to book each wash?
No. Once you subscribe to a plan, our team follows a weekly schedule in your building parking area according to your selected plan.
Where is the car washed?
The car is washed directly in your building parking area. You do not need to move the vehicle or be present.
Do I need to be present or provide my car keys?
No. We clean your car’s exterior directly in your building’s parking lot. You don’t need to be there, and we don’t need your keys.
Will my car get scratched during the wash?
No. We follow a careful, scratch-safe cleaning process using high-quality microfiber materials and professional techniques. Every step is designed to protect your vehicle’s paint while delivering a consistent finish.
Which days will my car be washed?
You select your preferred service days at checkout. Your car will then be washed on those same days each week, according to your chosen plan. No further action required.
What if my building is not supported?
If your building is not yet listed, you can submit a request through the Request Service page. We review new buildings regularly based on resident demand.
What types of vehicles are supported?
WSH Go supports most vehicle types including sedans, coupes, hatchbacks, SUVs, and large vehicles. The subscription price depends on the vehicle category.
Can I add more than one vehicle?
Yes. You can subscribe multiple vehicles under separate plans.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account or by contacting support.
